The Perks of a Mini Session
Short & Sweet: Mini sessions are usually 15–20 minutes long—just the right amount of time for little ones with short attention spans. It’s fast, fun, and over before anyone gets cranky!
Budget Friendly: Minis are a cost-effective way to get beautiful, professional photos. And if you fall in love with more images, you can always add on extras!
Great for Camera-Shy Types: Not totally comfortable in front of the lens? Mini sessions are quick and low-pressure—perfect for easing into the experience.
Kid-Friendly: Parents love mini sessions because they’re light-hearted and relaxed, which makes it easier to capture those sweet, candid moments with kids.
Just the Highlights: If you’re not looking for a huge gallery but want one or two standout shots, a mini session is the perfect fit.
What is included in my session fee?
With your session fee, you’ll receive five (20) beautifully edited, high-resolution images available for digital download. You'll get access to a private, shareable online gallery where you can choose your favorite photos—and if you'd like more, you’ll have the option to purchase additional images.
Your gallery also gives you the opportunity to order from a curated selection of professional-quality prints and products, and with a full print release included, you're free to print your images wherever you like.
How many people can join the session?
While some photographers place limits on group size, I say the more, the merrier! You’re welcome to bring as many people as you'd like. Just keep in mind that with larger groups, we'll spend more time arranging group combinations and less time on individual or creative shots—simply due to the time constraints of the session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Mini sessions are in high demand and often fill up fast. Because of this, all bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once payment is made. To avoid any hiccups, please double-check that everyone in your group is available before securing your spot.
What happens if there’s bad weather?
We reschedule a rain date or I add more time slots to other mini session dates.
When can I expect to receive my online gallery?
We typically deliver the online galleries with your image proofs within 2 weeks from your session date.
Can I gift or transfer my session to someone else?
YES! You can gift or transfer your mini-session if you are unable to attend.
